the sweet escake






I've always wanted my wedding cake to be simple and classy,  and a REAL one. I was really excited about cutting my real cake - in most of our wedding cake cutting photos I was scrunching my nose as I was really going for it!  (The fondant turned out to be really much thicker than I expected.. HAHA!) It was later served at my dessert buffet, and snapped up really quick!


I didn't manage to see the cake till my official first march-in, and it was so pretty I was delighted at how it took centrestage of our banquet. :)



The Sweet Escake's design was specially customised to our Gala  Awards  theme and Gold  and White was perfect for it. The cascading flowers and rosette ruffles  were a beautiful touch to the classic colours as well.



We went for Red Velvet, Earl Grey and Chocolate Stout! ^_^
